This room can host up to two tenants at a time and includes en-suite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The bathroom has an open shelf unit that gives easy access for storing bathroom accessories. Bathroom furnishings include 3-piece bathroom set (toothbrush holder, liquid soap dispenser, and a soap dish), bathroom dish sets and boxes, built-in corner wall shower shelves, a toilet brush, a toilet roll stand, and a towel rack with five hooks
Two daybeds with plush pillow top comfort mattresses deliver a quality resting unit featuring advanced innerspring coil system padding and a stylish quilt cover to ensure a good quality sleep. Each daybed has a built-in LED clamp spotlight that allows tenants to study or read while they rest.
There is enough closet space with sufficient hangers for both of the tenants. The closets also have hanging storage units with 7 compartments to allocate more space to store personal belongings. Laundry bags with stands are also included in the closet space of these rooms. Built-in hooks are also available on the side of the closet to hang coats, shawls, scarfs, or other types of clothing.
Each tenant gets his/her own nightstand with 2 drawers. 3 built-in drawers are also located beneath their bed for extra space. Each tenant will find extra bed linens for their own beds beside the existing linens.
Two desks (with cable outlets on top for a cable-free desktop) are available for located near the windows, allowing tenants to study in a well-lit environment. Desk lights are available on each desk. These lights provide direct light that allows a great reading and studying environment. The tenants can also easily direct the light wherever they want with the adjustable lamp arm and head.
Comfortable seating and flexibility is provided by an adjustable swivel chair for each desk. The casters of the chair lock automatically when the chair is not in use.
The room also contains a mirror, a rug that dampens sound while providing a soft surface to walk on, artwork posters, and a wall clock.
A private terrace is provided to the tenants of the Island Suites. The terrace has two armchairs with pads and a table to provide comfortable seating, cozy dining, or just simply to relax and enjoy the view.
