This room can host up to four tenants at a time. The tenants can use the bathroom with tub in the common area located next to the room. The bathroom has an open shelf unit that gives a clear overview and easy access to store bathroom accessories. Bathroom accessories such as, 3-piece bathroom set, (toothbrush holder, liquid soap dispenser, and a soap dish) bathroom dish sets and boxes, built-in corner wall shower shelves, toilet brush, toilet roll stand and towel rack with five hooks are included within the space.
A custom made wood framed built-in bunk beds with plush pillow top comfort mattresses deliver a quality resting unit, featuring advanced innerspring coil system padding and a stylish quilt over to ensure a good quality sleep. Each bunk bed has a built-on LED clamp spotlight that allows the tenants to study or read while they rest in their bunk beds.
There is enough closet space with sufficient hangers for all three tenants. The closets also have hanging storage units with 7 compartments to allocate more space to store personal belongings. Laundry bag with stands are also included within the closet space of these rooms. Built-in hooks are also available on the side of the closet to hang coats, shawls, scarfs, or other types of clothing.
Each tenant gets his/her own nightstand with 2 drawers. Each tenant will find an extra bed linen for their own bed besides the existing linens.
A large desk (with cable outlets on top to have a cable-free desktop) is available for the tenants located near the windows, allowing tenants to study at a well-lit environment. Desk lights are available on each desk. These lights provide direct light which allow great reading and studying environment. The tenants can also easily direct the light where ever they want because the lamp arm and head are adjustable.
Comfortable seating and flexibility within the room is also considered for the tenants, hence a swivel chair for the desk is available in this room. The casters of the chair lock automatically when the chair is not in use. The tenant can sit and study comfortably since the chair is adjustable in height.
The room also contains a mirror, a rug that dampens sound while providing a soft surface to walk on, artwork posters, and a wall clock.
